  • Offered printing and composition services for Transfer Agent division
  • Added fulfillment and mailing services to the Third-Party Administrator division
  • Implemented first online ordering and inventory management system with 6 users and 100 products inventoried
  • Launched a comprehensive iConnect storefront with 35 users, 75 products and 65 orders per month
  • Launched upgraded iConnect storefront for two additional divisions with over 625 new users and 175 additional products
  • Added functionality to the existing storefront, three more storefronts for additional business lines and email campaign management tools
  • Converted inventory items to print-on-demand pieces and transitioned envelopes and generic forms to new paper weights, resulting in a cost savings of $100,000 annually

  • Assisted with the acquisition and consolidation of three fund families and eight individual mutual funds. Filed 771 pages via the SEC’s EDGAR system and printed over 623,000 proxy statements and prospectuses
  • Worked with client to create an annual report/prospectus combination book which resulted in an approximate $300,000 cost savings in printed materials and an approximate $100,000 cost savings in postage
  • Moved client from a print and warehouse model to a print-on-demand model for all fund marketing materials, which resulted in an 80% cost savings year over year
  • Successfully implemented XBRL into the EDGAR filing process for all funds
  • Implemented an online ordering system used by the fund administrator for ordering fund materials
  • Assisted in launching two new fund families

  • Storefront provided for ordering warehoused products
  • Consolidated three warehouses and acquired over 250 additional products
  • Added print-on-demand capabilities for products and added credit card payment functionality for all users
  • Worked to redesign a seed tag project which resulted in a cost savings of $191,000
  • Selected as the primary fulfillment provider for the Seed and Chemical divisions and added 700 additional products to the storefront
  • Added email campaign management tools and functionality to the existing storefront
  • Storefront climbed to over 2,500 products, 3,247 users, an average of 475 monthly print and fulfillment orders, and an average of 10,000 unique emails on a monthly basis
