Communications and Reporting
Every time you create and submit an order, you'll receive an order acknowledgement from AFPI
via email and as a new message in your order management interface. The order acknowledgement
confirms the items you've ordered, quantities, ship-to and bill-to information, and any special
instructions—by line item or the entire order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another
message from AFPI containing an online receipt and shipping information, including the carrier,
ship date, and shipment tracking number.
You can also take advantage of our integrated reporting features that give you a
real-time view of all order activity. iConnect
offers customizable reports allowing
you to track purchasing and manage your budgets. You can export these reports into MS
Excel® using Comma Separated Value (CSV) formats or view and print them from their
online output.
