As a reminder, the SEC and all U.S. markets will be closed on Wednesday, November 11^th, in observance of Veterans Day. The EDGAR system will not accept any filings on Wednesday. The SEC and EDGAR will resume normal operations on Thursday, November 12^th. The SEC will accept filings due November 11^th on November 12^th as timely.
